Nicole Klepp, Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist, Owner

"My experiences have taught me that developing a deeper understanding of oneself is important for learning, growing and successfully reaching one's goals," explains Dr. Klepp. One of her professional goals is to incorporate this philosophy into evaluations by helping her clients identify their strengths to better understand their weaknesses.

This can provide a foundation for life altering processes that involve mastering challenges, developing compensatory skills, building on strengths, and being able to effectively adapt to the changes that naturally accompany growth. Dr. Klepp’s passion is conducting neuropsychological evaluations, and she enjoys being able to provide her clients with answers to their problems, as well as resources and direction.

She works with children, adolescents and adults who have a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, learning disabilities, memory problems, relational problems and trauma. She also has expertise evaluating individuals with neurobehavioral disorders, neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury and cognitive impairments.

Annie Mallmann, Psy.D.

Doctor of Psychology

Dr. Mallmann conducts psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with children and adults for the purposes of diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, academic functioning, follow up care and the like. She sees clients with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, social issues, relational difficulties, attention problems, learning difficulties and memory issues, among others. Dr. Mallmann also provides individual and family therapy to children and adults with a variety of problems.

Jessi Baker, Psy.D

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Baker's passion for psychology started at a young age, when she found herself drawn to listening and helping others. Throughout her training, she has developed an integrative approach to working with clients on various issues, incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, play therapy and trauma-informed care.

Her main goal in therapy is to provide clients with a supportive and caring environment that allows them to explore their emotions, experiences and challenges. This means adapting approaches and interventions to the client and their concerns.

Dr. Baker has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, relational difficulties, and self-esteem. She has worked with clients in various settings, including in schools, in-home, and in outpatient settings. She also has experience providing various interventions to clients, including group therapy, individual psychotherapy, play therapy, behavioral therapy and neuropsychological/psychological assessment. As a result, she tries to consider all the elements in a client's life that may be impacting them, to help them determine how to best function in their lives.
